Our Objectives.

1. Promote Connection and Belonging for Older Adults

Create accessible, inclusive spaces for seniors to connect with one another, share their stories, and build meaningful relationships. Through workshops that foster creativity, movement, and dialogue, the project aims to reduce feelings of isolation and increase community belonging.

2. Educate and Empower Elders Through Engaging Programs

Deliver a range of interactive workshops—centered around art, music, movement, wellness, and safety—that educate seniors on topics relevant to their daily lives and well-being. The focus is on uplifting seniors’ voices, lived experiences, and knowledge, while offering new tools for self-awareness and personal growth.

3. Create Safe Spaces for Exploration, Learning, and Expression

Provide a supportive environment where seniors feel safe to express themselves emotionally, creatively, and physically. Workshops will be facilitated with sensitivity to participants’ physical, emotional, and cultural needs, emphasizing respect, dignity, and agency.
